Unfortunately, our experience at this place was not what we expected. We decided to sit outside, and at first, no one came over to help us. After waiting for a while, I had to get up and ask how the service worked and whether someone would be coming to our table. Later, a man came over who I believe was doing deliveries, and the way he handed us the menus was quite unpleasant. He simply slid/tossed them onto the table without any friendliness or courtesy. Throughout our meal, the service was very limited. Anytime we needed water, another drink, cheese, or anything else, we had to call the waitress over because she never checked on us to see if we needed anything. What stood out to us the most was that there was another table near us, and the service and attention they received seemed noticeably different from ours. The pizza was good, but honestly, we expected it to be better based on the expectations we had for this place. I don’t expect special treatment—just basic, friendly service like any other customer. Unfortunately, that wasn’t our experience, and it made our visit less enjoyable.

I wasn't judged for ordering a pizza with pineapple on it 🤣 It was delicious, and the Greek feta rolls were also amazing. Our waitress was awesome as well - I can't remember her name cos I have the memory of a goldfish, but we never felt rushed & she was such a sweetheart. She even gave us lids for the dressing cups that came with the rolls when she brought us a box for leftovers ❤️

They did not diapoint! If you find yourself downtown after court, these folks will cheer you up. Eden, our server was on point. The food was fresh and hot. We got the Pacific Rim, minus pineapple and the pita rolls. Highly recommend.

The food is always good at Mellow Mushroom. This review is for their kind and thoughtful service. I left my credit card at the table, and by the time I realized about an hour later, Mellow Mushroom staff had called the number on the back of my card to notify my cc company. I was able to go pick it up, and they verified it was me with my license. Thank you for going above and beyond!

Superb! I ordered the plant based shitake pizza. A medium was $23. Good portion size and very filling. Mellow mushroom has amazing tasting pizza. The crust i could just eat by itself! Really fun and spacious interior great for big parties without over crowding. The bar area is also spacious. There is a lot of outdoor dining space as well.
